The Exeter Otters take safety and welfare very seriously and we have a strict guidelines that we follow that ensures the safety of everyone including players, volunteers and anyone else involved with the club in some way.
Our head welfare officer is Hayleigh Ostler. Her roles is to ensure the safety of everyone but if there is a infringement, it is dealt with as soon as possible and in the best way.
We ask all members new and existing to sign a code of conduct and fill out a medical form. Below are said forms to allow easy access.
